Background
I’m a San Diego-based data engineer and software developer with a background in business (SDSU, BS in Business Administration). I built my career in data engineering, business intelligence, and automation, working with organizations ranging from startups to national brands.
Skotte Analytics is SAM.gov registered. No corporate overhead, no handoffs, I write the code and deliver the result.
Federal status
SAM.gov registered in 2023. My track record is commercial – financial services, national retail, distribution, e-commerce – and I’m actively pursuing my first federal award. The work translates directly: the same Python, Power BI, ETL, and AI tooling federal agencies buy under the micro-purchase threshold.
Engagement types
Available for direct federal awards under the $10,000 micro-purchase threshold and for subcontracting roles on larger prime efforts. The work is the same either way: dashboards, automation, ETL, and AI tooling, shipped by the person who wrote them.
